How Does it Work?

Ease contains the herbs Chaste Tree and Wild Yam. These herbs have long been used in the treating of menstrual symptoms and the unpleasant symptoms of menopause – naturally, of course!

Each 1mL contains herbal extracts equivalent to dry: Vitex agnus-castus (Chaste tree) fruit 300mg & Dioscorea villosa (Wild Yam) root and rhizome 200mg.

Directions

Adults 1mL (one full dropper) in water or juice 3-4 times per day. For faster absorption place directly under the tongue.

NOTE: For the relief of symptoms associated with menstrual irregularities please commence dosage two weeks before your next period. For more lasting relief we recommend you continue your dosage with a second bottle. If experiencing a menopausal hot flush, take immediately under the tongue.

Not recommended for use during pregnancy.

5.  How does Chaste Tree work?

This herb stabilises your body’s delicate balance of hormones. It works by suppressing excessive amounts of the hormone prolactin – the milk producing hormone released by your pituitary gland. This results in an adjustment of the levels of the two female hormones; estrogen and progesterone.

5.  How does Wild Yam assist?

Antispasmodic properties ease menstrual cramps and relieve muscle tension and pain. It also acts to relieve nausea. Wild Yam also contains diosgenin, which has anti-fatigue, anti-inflammatory, anti-stress, and estrogenic effects.

6.  How will Ease help with menstrual irregularities?

This enables the herbs to get to work in stabilising female hormones in order to promote regularity. To ease the relief associated with menstrual irregularities please commence dosage two weeks before your next period.
